Payment Terms
A deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is required upon confirmation of the reservation. This payment confirms your travel arrangements with our agency.
The remaining 50% of the total amount must be paid at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure date. Failure to complete payment within this timeframe may result in the cancellation of your booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled departure date will be eligible for a full refund of the upfront payment, minus any non-refundable expenses (e.g., booking fees, administrative costs).
Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the departure date will incur a 50% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the upfront payment.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure are non-refundable, and the full upfront payment will be retained.
In case of failure to pay the remaining 50% at least 48 hours before the trip, the reservation may be canceled, and any upfront payment made will be non-refundable.
Changes to Itinerary
Any changes to the itinerary are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Our team will do their best to accommodate requests for changes, but we cannot guarantee all adjustments.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, such as medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or lost luggage.
Liability
Our agency is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the tour. Travelers participate at their own risk and are advised to take necessary precautions to ensure their safety.
We act as an intermediary for transport, accommodations, and other services, and cannot be held responsible for any delays, changes, or cancellations made by third-party providers.
Health and Safety Requirements
It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they are medically and physically fit to travel. We recommend consulting with a healthcare provider for advice on vaccinations or medical needs for the specific destinations.
Travelers are responsible for complying with local COVID-19 protocols or other health-related measures that may be in place at the destination.
